Spiritual benefit by offering oblation of water to the Sun (arghya) – Scientific research by Maharshi Adhyatma Vishwavidyalay using the UAS (Universal Aura Scanner)

‘The Deity giving light, energy and Divine Consciousness (Chaitanya) to the entire world is the Sun Deity (Suryanarayana) ! As the Sanskrut adage goes “Arogyam Bhaskarat Ichchhet” which literally means that one should seek health from the Sun. Therefore one should earn good health by doing spiritual practice unto the Sun. In Hindu Dharma, the ritual of worship to the Sun is of unparalleled importance. For Hindus the day starts with sunrise and ends after sunset; therefore our Bharatiya Sages, the evolved and the Saints have made the rule of spiritual practice unto the Sun. By getting up before sunrise having a bath, offering an oblation of water to the rising Sun and doing namaskar to it on a daily basis keeps one healthy. Scientific research was conducted using the Universal Aura Scanner (UAS) to study, ‘How an individual is spiritually benefited by offering an oblation of water to the Sun. The interpretation, conclusion and spiritual analysis of this study is given ahead.

The Universal Aura Scanner (UAS) was developed in 2005 by Dr. Mannem Murthy, a former nuclear scientist from Telengana. By using this instrument the energy and the aura of an object, a premises, an animal or an individual can be measured.

1. Interpretation of the observations in the study : In this study, the effect on an individual with severe spiritual distress and one with no spiritual distress, of offering an oblation to the Sun at sunrise and sunset is given ahead.

1 A. Immense positive effect of an oblation to the Sun seen in individual with severe spiritual distress and the one with no distress : By offering an oblation to the Sun, the negative energy aura of both the individuals disappeared and their positive energy aura increased to a large extent. This is apparent from the table given ahead.

Note – Compared to sunrise, the intensity of the Sun is slightly less at  sunset. Therefore, compared to offering oblations to the Sun in the morning, the increment in the individual’s positive energy aura is slightly less at sunset.

2. Conclusion : It is deduced from the above study that an individual is spiritually benefited by offering oblations to the Sun.

3. Spiritual analysis of the observations in the study

3 A. The individuals in the study received Divine Consciousness (Chaitanya) to a large extent by offering oblations to the Sun : There is a lot of radiance and energy in the Sun. Due to the bright rays of the Sun, the environment becomes pure and sacred. The individual doing worship of the Sun gets the Chaitanya from it. Due to offering oblations with spiritual emotion at the time of sunrise and sunset, the individuals in the study could imbibe the Chaitanya emitted by the Sun. This resulted in the elimination of their negative energy with an enormous increase in their positive energy aura. From this, it is understood as to why the Sun and its worship are given extreme importance in Hindu dharma.
