3 Indians arrested in Nijjar murder case
Ottawa (Canada) – Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has issued a statement following the arrest of 3 Indians in the murder case of Khalistani Hardeep Singh Nijjar. He said that Canada is a rule-of-law country with a strong and independent justice system. Canadian Police have arrested Karanpreet Singh, Kamalpreet Singh and Karan Brar in this case.
‘We have a fundamental commitment to protecting all our citizens. As the RCMP stated, the investigation remains ongoing, as does a separate and distinct investigation not limited to the involvement of the three people arrested yesterday. Canada’s Sikh community are feeling unsafe following Nijjar’s killing’, Trudeau added.
