What is the issue ?

Jamie Scott has filed a case against AstraZeneca Company in Britain. He has claimed that after administering this vaccine, he suffered a brain injury after a blood clot, besides undergoing different types of physical ailments.

A few others have also filed similar complaints against the vaccine for its adverse side effects and claimed damages for the harm caused to them. The company, however, refused to pay damages, despite admitting in Court the vaccine’s side effects and claiming that a few people might have some problems since the vaccine has been administered on a large scale.

This vaccine is not used in Britain for safety reasons, since the matter is sub judice. The company may have to pay huge amounts by way of compensation in case the Court upholds the petitioner’s claim.
